Terms & Conditions
Order Minimums & Pick Up/Delivery
Order minimum is based on mileage from Remington, IN. Please see the chart below for reference.
Delivery is FREE when Minimum Order requirements are met.

Upon completion of your wholesale account, you will be notified of your delivery day and order deadline. If we need to adjust delivery days/time, you will be notified in advance.
Order Deadlines
All wholesale orders must be placed 48-hours in advance of delivery or pick up, to ensure we have the product available to fulfill your order. The Homestead reserves the right to refuse or reschedule delivery/pick up of any order placed less than 48-hours prior to delivery or pickup.
Case Minimums
The Homestead does not offer half cases for wholesale. We require the purchase of full cases. We do however, allow mix & match cases.
See example:
Ex. You may order 3 Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies Dz, 1 Monster Cookies Dz, and 2 Snickerdoodles Dz to complete one case (6 dozen) of cookies.
If a case is not complete at checkout, The Homestead reserves the right to fill the remainder of the case with the same or similar
product, and charge accordingly.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of placing your order via credit card. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the majority of our product being perishable, we do not accept returns for product purchased.
To place a claim for damaged product, please fill out a Report Damaged/Missing Product Form within 24-hours of delivery.
We suggest that you carefully check each case at the time of delivery. The Homestead reserves the right to refuse claims for anything submitted after, or within question, of the allowed 24-hour window. If a claim is accepted, you will be issued a refund for the amount damaged or missing, to the payment method used for purchase.
Gluten-Free Product
The Homestead Production facility is NOT a Gluten-Free facility. Products listed as Gluten-Free are produced in a facility that uses flour, and the Gluten-Free product may contain miniscule traces of gluten.
Additional Policies
The Homestead reserves the right to limit product quantities received during peak seasons, if necessary. The Homestead also reserves the right to adjust delivery day (with advanced notice), products, case sizes, minimum orders, and prices, as necessary.
