Our kitchen comes alive at 2 o’clock in the morning to provide you with the most fresh, savory bread you’ve ever tasted. Come 8 o’clock, and it’s likely that a batch of milk chocolate chip cookies are emerging from the oven, filling the Homestead with their familiar warm aroma. Our bakers work hard to ensure that each loaf, each scone, each roll, is perfectly baked and ready for you to enjoy. We hope you have the opportunity to experience for yourself the quality that our customers have come to expect from our kitchen!

Our Homestead baker rises early each day to begin mixing bread dough, making quick breads, or mixing cookie dough! Each Tuesday and Friday, she makes the breads listed below, and you will find these out on our fresh counter at both Homestead locations. Keep in mind there may occasionally be necessary substitutions or additions to this baking schedule.
