It all began with Jody’s dream to one day own her own catering business. She was already doing a little catering out of her own home, just for a few people. One day back in 2010, Heidi, her sister-in-law, approached her with an idea: there was a building available for rent, and Heidi wondered about opening up a bulk food/bakery/catering shop. After much prayer and discussion, Mike & Jody joined Jeff & Heidi in a new adventure called the Homestead.
