Jackie, our Catering Manager, grew up in the suburbs of Detroit. She loves to cook and bake (which is a great attribute to have here!), loves animals, and loves carnivals and fairs. Jackie is ambitious with food and even has her own recipe blog, http://foodwithjackieo.com. She is a recipe developer and is constantly developing new recipes. She’s even working on publishing a cookbook and children’s picture books. She really enjoys getting creative in the kitchen (and on paper), and learning new things.
When Jackie found out that the Homestead was hiring, she applied immediately because it sounded like the perfect position for her. And we couldn’t agree more! She is so organized, loves working with food, loves interacting with customers, and is so focused.
