Good morning!  One of Mike’s winter projects was building a new little office for the Homestead that sits next to Jeri (yes, our two outside walk-in freezers are named Tom & Jeri!   He did a great job, and we are enjoying a quiet place to go when we work in the office!  The time has come that we need more kitchen work space, and the plan is to take out a couple walls that used to be our ‘old office’, laundry area, and storage, and expand our kitchen area.  CINTAS will be our laundry service– and storage…well…we keep stacking a little higher here and a little higher there!!!  We hope to add a few more appliances and counter space.  I’ll keep you updated on the progress, hopefully in the next month.
