We enjoyed giving a little mini tour to three groups of second graders from Tri-County Primary today.  They were on a ‘walking tour’ of the town of Remington, and enjoyed visiting several area businesses.   

They got to see how to make fresh bread beginning with grinding kernels of wheat, then even got to take some loaves back to school for a snack later today with butter and jam!  They got to see how we package our bulk foods (and got to taste a blueberry pretzel!)!

  Johnny graciously handed us a bunch of fresh, beautiful parsley from his garden today!  We snipped it and served it with our New England Clam Chowder!  Thanks Johnny for brightening our day!
